What data we process

What you give us when you write on WhatsApp, call or email: for example your name, your phone number, the date of your event and what you tell us in your message. And, only if you accept it in the cookie notice, browsing data collected by Google Analytics and Google Ads.

What for

To answer your enquiry and, if you book, to organise and provide the service. With your permission, also to know how many people visit the site and which ads bring enquiries.

Legal basis

Answering an enquiry you start and preparing a possible service (Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation). Measurement and advertising: your consent (Article 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings".

How long

As long as needed to answer your enquiry and, if you book, the periods required by law. Measurement data, as stated in the cookie policy.

Who else sees it

It is not shared with third parties unless required by law. Some providers take part in delivering technical services: WhatsApp (Meta), if you write to us there; Google, for measurement and advertising; and Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Some are outside the European Economic Area and work with the safeguards the law provides for (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or port your data by writing to clararuiz.mua@gmail.com. If you think your rights were not respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
